We’ve never ordered from you before, how do I know that I can trust you?
We’ve spent over 20 years earning our clients trust, order after order. As a small family owned and operated business we consider our clients part of our family and treat each client, each order the way we want to be treated, it’s really that simple.

 

What guarantee do you give me when I place an order?
We guarantee that your order will be printed exactly as you approved it when you approved the proof, we guarantee that we will ship the order on the date given to you in your order confirmation.

How do I place an order?
You can place an order through our secure website or you can call us, we’d love to hear from you, and place the order. 

 

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds once the proof is approved as printing will be in process with approval. We will issue a refund only if there is a factory defect in the product. 

 

Can I cancel an order once it’s been placed?
You can cancel an order so long as print production hasn’t started, that means you can cancel the order before you approve the proof or when you get the proof. If you cancel the order when you get the proof you will still be liable for the set up cost since at that point your art will have been set up and a proof generated. Should you cancel the order after you have approved the proof you are responsible for the entire cost of the order.

Should I wait for a sample before placing an order?
Unless it’s a repeat order we always recommend requesting a sample of the product.

Do you charge for samples?
We do not charge for samples. For higher priced items of 50.00 and above we request that sample be returned to the factory after you have inspected the product.

Where do you stand on product safety?
Product safety is our main concern.  We are fiercely protective of our clients and their brands, we do not offer any products that do not meet or exceed safety standards that are set out for the particular product. For example all our tech products have their proper listings and certifications which can be provided to you. Our personal care items such as hand sanitizer, lip balm, any personal items are made in the US in FDA compliant manufacturing plants, likewise our candy and food items are also made in the US under FDA regulations.

If I place an order online is my information secure?
Yes, once you are on the checkout page it will tell you that you are on a secure page and at that point you will see the SSL.

What happens to my credit card info after the order is completed?
We are PCI compliant and once the order is completed your credit card information will be destroyed, we do not store any credit card information.

What format do you prefer the art to be in?
Adobe Illustrator   (file extension .ai or .eps)
Adobe Photoshop  (file extension .eps)

What is you policy regarding overs/unders?
It is industry standard practice to allow for +\- 5%, if we are 5% under, we will adjust your invoice accordingly and obviously not bill you for -5%. Should your order net a +5% we will charge for the 5% overs unless you have specified that you would like an exact quantity order. Should you choose the exact quantity order option there will be a charge, which varies with each item and factory. You will be given the exact quantity cost in your order confirmation.

What happens if an order is printed wrong?
We strive for excellence but in the extremely rare event that it is not printed as per approved proof we will either reprint the order for you at of course no additional cost to you, we will also cover shipping costs for the reprint, or we will refund you the order plus whatever  shipping costs you paid, whichever you prefer. 

How does shipping work?
We ship using Fedex, UPS or private freight. Your ship method, meaning ground, 3 day, etc depends on your in hands date. 

What is Free Ground Shipping exactly?

We will ship your order via ground within the United States excluding Hawaii and Alaska.

When does an order become my property?
Once the order is picked up by the carrier it becomes the property of the client, although  we will happily help you resolve any issue should one arise with the carrier. We are not responsible for any transit delays once the order has been picked up by the carrier.
