How do I place an order?
You can place an order through our secure website or you can call or email us, we’d love to hear from you.
We offer refunds or reprints in the rare event there is a factory defect with the product, incorrect product shipped or printing that differs from what you approved on your proof. What you approved on your proof is what you are to receive. Should you approve the proof and afterwards realize you approved the wrong proof the factory is not responsible. All proof approvals are final.
Electronics such as printers, stereos or laptops are final sale unless there is a factory defect.
What is your minimum to imprint on any apparel item?

Can I cancel an order once it’s been placed?
You can cancel an order so long as print production hasn’t started, that means you can cancel the order before you approve the proof or when you get the proof. If you cancel the order when you get the proof you will still be liable for the set up cost since at that point your art will have been set up and a proof generated. Should you cancel the order after you have approved the proof you are responsible for the entire cost of the order.
If payment has been made via credit card and then you cancel the order you will be charged a 3% credit card processing fee, this is the fee we have paid to process your credit card transaction and this will de deducted from your total refund.
For cancellation of any apparel order there will be a 30% restocking fee. That 30% will be based on the total cost of your order amount for the apparel.
Once you have approved the proof the order will be printed as per the proof you have approved and we will not be responsible for any grammatical, art or typographical errors after the approval so it is best to always double-check your proof before approving.
Should I wait for a sample before placing an order?
Unless it’s a repeat order we always recommend requesting a sample of the product. We want you to love what you buy!
Do you charge for samples?
Samples under 10.00 are complimentary, samples over 10.00 will be charged. Maximum free samples cap at 25.00 per order/ request so we can keep our prices low. Samples have free shipping.
Where do you stand on product safety?
Product safety is our main concern. We are fiercely protective of our clients and their brands, we do not offer any products that do not meet or exceed safety standards that are set out for the particular product. For example all our tech products have their proper listings and certifications which can be provided to you. Our personal care items such as hand sanitizer, lip balm, any personal items are made in the US in FDA compliant manufacturing plants, likewise our candy and food items are also made in the US under FDA regulations.

What happens to my credit card info after the order is completed?
We are PCI compliant and once the order is processed we have no access to any of your card information. Our payments are handled directly by Authorize.net.
What format do you prefer the art to be in?
Adobe Illustrator (file extension .ai or .eps)
Adobe Photoshop (file extension .eps)
If you don't have art in these files we will happily adjust the art for you at no charge.
What does 24 hour rush entail | 2 Day Rush?
Our free 24 hour rush products will ship in 24 hours provided the order is placed before 12:00 PM ET Monday- Friday. Please note transit times as 24 hour services means your order will ship in 24 hours, not deliver in 24 hours. All art must be submitted as ready to print vector files. Any file that is submitted in jpeg or png will require art conversion, please add 1 day if your art needs to be converted to vector. There is no proof availability with this service.
Do you charge for Pantone Matches?
We have many in house Pantone colors that we do not charge for. However, if your Pantone color is not one of our stock colors then there will be charge of 50.00.
What is you policy regarding overs/unders?
It is industry standard practice to allow for +\- 5%, if we are 5% under, we will adjust your invoice accordingly and obviously not bill you for -5%. Should your order net a +5% we will charge for the 5% overs unless you have specified that you would like an exact quantity order. Should you choose the exact quantity order option there will be a charge, which varies with each item and factory. You will be given the exact quantity cost in your order confirmation.
How does shipping work?
We ship using Fedex, UPS or private freight. Your ship method, meaning ground, 3 day, etc depends on your in hands date.
Please note that we guarantee that we will ship your order on time. Any delays caused by the carrier once they have picked up the packages are not in our control and we are not responsible for carrier delays. We will do everything we can to follow up with the carrier and make every attempt to help but we cannot control if they have any delays.
What is meant by Free Set Up on orders of 700.00 and over?
All orders of 700.00 or more will have a free 1 color set up. Each individual product represents an order.
When does an order become my property?
Once the order is picked up by the carrier it becomes the property of the client, although we will happily help you resolve any issue should one arise with the carrier. We are not responsible for any transit delays once the order has been picked up by the carrier.
Payments & Credit
We accept all major credit cards. If terms are extended to you it will be Net 30 days. Payments made after 30 days are subject to 2.5% late payment fee. It is understood that once you place the order either online, via email or via a phone order you will be responsible for payment of your order regardless if the account is Net 30 or Pre-Pay on Credit Card Terms. All accounts past due on 60 days will be referred for collections. Should legal action be required to collect outstanding invoices you will be liable for any and all collection and/or attorney fees to The Perfect Promo as well as the original amount owed to the company, it is understood that New York State will have jurisdiction in any and all legal matters.
We report our Accounts Receivable to the NACM National Trade Trade Credit Report database, Dun & Bradstreet and Experian.
